Wendy is a Partner with more than 15 years experience working in Big 10 Accounting Firm and Foreign Banks. He has expertise in developing risk-based and cost-effective audit plans.

Wendy has advised clients in a variety of sectors, ranging from small owner-managed businesses, to large groups with turnovers in excess of IDR 1 trillion, providing advice, bolstering business plans, appraising investment options, reviewing forecasting and refinancing opportunities, providing deal support on both sale and purchase side.

He has spent more than 25 years working in the field of business advisory. He has strong technical corporate strategy, merger & acquisition, integration, restructuring, refinancing, and equity value raising.

He has been working on many assignments, including company sales, acquisitions, bid proposals, business planning, fundraising, as well as advising on group ownership structure from both a commercial and a tax viewpoint. Over the years, Benny has personally led a large number of national and international mid-market transactions to successful completion.

This experience has given in depth practical and technical tax experience, but more importantly the exposure to different industries and personalities has given him a balanced view of what works for clients.

Christian has experience working at a Big 10 accounting firm. He has extensive knowledge of statutory reporting and advising owner-managed/family-run businesses and companies that are part of international groups, including those who report under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or Indonesian “PSAK”.
