As well as his audit background, Tjahjo is experienced in financial advisory, independent business reviews and corporation tax planning. He can help to outline, understand and assess strategic options and design a bespoke process aligned to deliver against the Company’s objectives. He provides high intensity deal management in order to guide clients through the process and deliver successful outcomes.

During the practice, he always ensures to deliver a no-nonsense and efficient audit, as well as the best advice regarding the client’s regulatory, compliance and general advisory needs.

Wendy is a Partner with more than 15 years experience working in Big 10 Accounting Firm and Foreign Banks. He has expertise in developing risk-based and cost-effective audit plans.

He has advised clients in a variety of sectors, ranging from small owner-managed businesses to large groups; providing advice, bolstering business plans, appraising investment options, reviewing forecasting and refinancing opportunities, handling merger and acquisition, involved in rights issue process, providing deal support on both sale and purchase side.

For him, client service and integrity is crucial, and he has a clear understanding of the varied risks and challenges businesses face throughout the business life cycle.

Eka is an insolvency practitioner and business adviser with over 20 years experience, advising businesses, directors, and individuals through complex financial challenges across a wide range of sectors. Prior to joining Landis & Kadwell Indonesia, he worked as a Banker in several internationally well known Banks, held various high-level strategic positions, focusing in all aspects of business and recovery assignments.

He offers candid, proactive advice to owner-managers, boards and individuals facing financial distress or underperformance, helping them understand their position early and identify the most effective route forward.

Eka works closely with the team to explore possibilities from rescue and refinancing to restructure, and he can guide through to a Liquidation or Administration if this is the only option. He is a solutions person and will make himself available to advise.

In situations where time is of the essence, expertise is very important. Benny is a lecturer who teaches finance and accounting at various well-known universities in Indonesia. He has spent more than 25 years working in the field of accounting and business advisory. He has strong technical audit, accounting, finance, and taxation.

Christian has experience working at a Big 10 accounting firm. He has extensive knowledge of statutory reporting and advising owner-managed/family-run businesses and companies that are part of international groups, including those who report under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or Indonesian “PSAK”.
