Wendy is a Partner with more than 15 years experience in accounting, auditing, corporate finance, transaction support, and insolvency.

He has advised clients in a variety of sectors, ranging from small owner-managed businesses, to large groups with turnovers in excess of IDR 1 trillion, providing advice, bolstering business plans, appraising investment options, reviewing forecasting and refinancing opportunities, providing deal support on both sale and purchase side. In situations where time is of the essence, expertise is very important. Benny is a lecturer who teaches finance and accounting at various well-known universities in Indonesia. He has spent more than 25 years working in the field of business advisory. He has strong technical corporate strategy, merger & acquisition, integration, restructuring, refinancing, and equity value raising.

He has been working on many assignments, including company sales, acquisitions, bid proposals, business planning, fundraising, as well as advising on group ownership structure from both a commercial and a tax viewpoint. Over the years, Benny has personally led a large number of national and international mid-market transactions to successful completion.

Having experience as a tax consultant for more than 15 years. His tax fields include individual taxes, corporate taxes, Transfer Pricing Document (TP Doc), payroll and others. He also holds the title of tax consultant level B (“Brevet B”) from “IKPI”.

Not just a solution, he also provides education on taxation to each client, with the hope of increasing the understanding and compliance of taxpayers for their taxation rights and obligations.

Christian has extensive knowledge of statutory reporting and advising owner-managed/family-run businesses and companies that are part of international groups, including those who report under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
