Landis & Kadwell was founded in United Kingdom (UK) in 2005 by Mark Landis and John Kadwell. In 2017, Landis & Kadwell Hong Kong, one of the member firm of Landis & Kadwell, has been appointed as the leader of the Global Network.

Landis & Kadwell is a network under which is with numbers of dedicated professionals in independent firms throughout the world collaborate to provide services of audit, taxation, financial advisory, risk advisory, management accounting, bookkeeping, investigation and related services to the clients.

Currently, Landis & Kadwell has 10 offices and more than 250 people spread across several countries including: Hong Kong, United States (US), Macau, China, India, Singapore, Indonesia and others.

“Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) Tandiawan dan Rekan”, as a member of Landis & Kadwell network in Indonesia was established in May 2017 as an accounting firm through a decree of Indonesian Finance Minister No. 543/KM.1/2017 with members mainly consist of auditors who have managerial level experience from internationally renowned Public Accounting Firm for more than 20 years handling various industries (trading, manufacturing, telecommunication, financial service, etc). In 2021, we were listed in “Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK)”
